What services does our wedding co-ordinator provide?

After receiving confirmation of your booking, an appointment will be made for you to meet your wedding co-ordinator shortly after your arrival in Paphos. All aspects of your wedding will be discussed, starting with how you will obtain your marriage licence and moving on to any wedding extras that you require, such as photographs, flowers, hair stylist etc, through to arranging your wedding reception. Finally, you will be guided through the running order of events on the big day itself. Please remember to bring with you all of your legal documents (detailed below) and either the completed particulars form from the back of the downloadable booklet or a print-out of the booking form submitted online. If you have any concerns or specific requests, please discuss these with your wedding

co-ordinator, who is there to take all the stress away from you so that you can relax and feel confident that everything is being taken care of on your behalf. Everything that is discussed at your iinitial meeting and all wedding extras that you have requested will be booked and confirmed by your wedding co-ordinator. Once this has been arranged, you will receive a letter from your wedding co-ordinator detailing all the services booked, as well as your wedding day timings and venues. Once you have received your letter, or at any other time you have any questions, queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your wedding co-ordinator who will be able to resolve these for you and put your minds at rest.
